Annual membership dues of $60 per year apply to each adult.
There is no membership fee for ages 9 to 16.
Active and drilling military free membership and initiation.
Furthermore, membership in AMA ($58 per year) is mandatory for all fliers (no exceptions!).
Please note that AMA membership for minors (up to 19) is only one dollar per year.

We are currently at 58 members confirmed current with AMA and ERCA.
Thanks to everyone for their prompt renewals. 2008 Membership cards have been mailed and should be arriving soon.
We have 47 of our 2007 members on the Unknown Status list.
Please help in contacting them and hopefully retaining them as members.

Treasury Report January 29th, 2008
As of the end of 2007 we had 105 members in good standing, 94 Adults and 11 Youths.
On January 1st, 2008 we started at zero again.
Since then 35 members have joined or renewed their memberships in both AMA and ERCA.
Of the 2007 membership 70 are showing Valid with AMA, 5 are Pending and 2 show No Match meaning there is no association with the name and AMA number given. We need to confirm information with Doug Wade and Steve Harris.
33 are on the Good Standing List and 72 are on the Unknown Status List. We would like to see everyone back on the Good Standing List. Please help get the word out before we start removing the “ghost members” in March.
The ERCA has a current bank balance of $4292.04. The field lease has been paid through February 2008.

Notes from the Treasurer: December 2007
It looks like we'll be ending 2007 with 104 good members whom we hope
will all renew both AMA and ERCA.
Our bank account is
still in the black with a current balance of $3,412.04. That will
be great to start the new year with. 2007 was a great year.
We met or exceeded many goals for the year on time and on budget.
Thanks to our dedicated membership, we succeeded in making many
improvements to the flying field, increased our membership and took
part in many community events. The club officers will be meeting
soon to discuss our 2008 budget. Please be thinking about ideas
for 2008 projects and fundraisers.
