 The puppies are descendents of
President Gerald Ford's dog Liberty.

Master John Emery is named after two of my Great-grandfathers, one was killed at Petersburg, Va. during the Civil War and the other died as the result of an industrial accident. Miss GG is named after her natural Grandmother 'McNulty's Golden Glow' and a human Great aunt who loved Goldens as much as we do. 
I marvel that such small ribs as these can cage such vast desire to please.
