This was a unit set with a raked stage and two walls with 12 concealed door and window panels. The walls were hollywood flats with applied 3/4 plywood, 1x4, and moulding to create the raised panels. Several of the window and doors panels were constructed like Dutch doors to open together or individually. All of these
windows and door were hidden so the audience never knew where the singers would come from next.

I took the lead on the construction of the 8’-0” x
10’-0” x 2’-8” revolving unit which had 20 functioning
drawers on the long sides and sliding stairs on the other. The unit was constructed in three welded sections: two sides with ten drawers each and the center unit which had the sliding stairs and trap door.
