Where VMI Alumni Go To Get Away From It All

Now Appearing: Bill Deal and the Rhondells -Requires RealPlayer

You can tell from the sign on the door that this is not VMI. It's the place farthest from VMI where you can go and still have time to enjoy a few beers with your friends.

If you plan on coming in, be forewarned, there are no censorship rules in this chatroom, and you might run into some rough and rowdy behavior. If you're not careful, you might even have a little beer spilled on you.

So if you're up for it, go to the fridge and grab a beer. Then come on in.

If the room is empty, and it's a time whe

Alumni are kicking back somewhere havin' a brew,  just sit tight.  Stay in the room and pull up another browser  to surf the web. Adjust the browser size to allow you to see your name on the left  side of the screen.  If someone else comes in,  you'll see their name appear  below yours, then Presto:

We have two Alumni  kickin' back together at their favorite virtual beer joint. And if you did as we suggested,  you'll be enjoyin' a cold one  too.  Hopefully someone else will be along soon.

You could call a distant BR on the land line, and invite him to join you here.

Either way, we hope you enjoy your stay at Estelle's Central Lunch Virtual Beer Joint.

You need to adjust your browser settings to allow pop ups(They keep Estelle from having to charge a cover). There will only be a few pop ups at the beginning. If you don't know how to disable them, call someone who does and get them to walk you through it. Don't forget to turn the pop ups off when you leave. You might get into trouble if you don't. Kinda like puttin on the blouse.

If you've never been in a chatroom before, it's pretty simple. First, pick out a screen name that will help people recognize you, like  George84, then enter below.
Once you get into the room, find the words  "Type Here". Click on that, type Hello and hit enter. If you can't figure out what to do from there, you better go pour that beer out.
