When you send a deposit you are agreeing to our SALES POLICY TERMS! NO EXCEPTIONS!

This policy is to be combined with the basic sales policy on our for sale page as well!

SALES:

Hello! And thank you for reading our sales policy. Please know that when you are buying from us, you are getting a quality rabbit. The show and breeding stock we sell is only stock that we would have in our own rabbitry. This stock is priced between $50-$150. These rabbits will be listed show and/or breeding quality. We promise to be honest in our pricing on these rabbits. We have worked hard and put a lot of money into our stock. Therefore the prices reflect. If you'd like to negotiate, send me an email. I do discounts when you purchase more rabbits. Prices are subject to change as the rabbit develops, and may go up or down. We reserve the right to price any lionhead higher or lower than above prices as we see fit. These rabbits will be sold with a 4 generation pedigree.

All kits will not leave our rabbitry until atleast 8 weeks, fully weaned and of a healthy weight! You may hold a kit earlier than that with a non-refundable deposit of half the balance, but you cannot pick it up until it is of age! Thanks :) We only require a 50% deposit to hold your rabbit IF you will be picking it up within 2 weeks. Otherwise we require FULL PAYMENT of your rabbit (s). This is to ensure that you are serious about your rabbit. In most cases we agree upon this because we will be delievering the rabbit to an upcoming show we will be attending. If the show is too far in advance we do require $10-$25 additional to hold. These are for longer holds (example a 1 month hold). Thanks in advance for understanding. Otherwise when putting down a half non-refundable deposit, you MUST pick up within 2 weeks. This is strictly enforced.

Furthermore. We will try to sex your rabbit our best possible. We haven't made a mistake yet but, please note that mistakes sometimes happen in sexing rabbits; we will do our best to be accurate! If after receiving your rabbit it is discovered that a sexing mistake was made we will gladly replace the rabbit at that time or if another of your choice comes up. We cannot refund your money, only give you a replacement of equal or lesser quality (based on LH standard & price).

All Pet bunnies are sent home with a starter bag of feed. Just ask and we can also send home hay & put together a CD of your little one with pictures and care guide information for your bunny! :) Pet home prices are usually $30-$50 depending on quality and age. Kits/juniors are usually $50. But some adult stock that we may feel need to be retired from breeding. We may half a small adoption fee of $30 just to ensure that you are able to care for your bunnie financially. Older adult stock we do ask that you have fixed. Absolutely NO rabbit sold as a pet will come with a pedigree.

Pick Up, Shipping and Delivery:

Unless other arrangements are made, pick up must be completed within 2 weeks of deposit being received and/or the rabbit coming of age to leave. At the time of deposit we require you to set up a time and date for pick up. Pick will always be made at a location near our home only. Or, we will meet you at a show if that arrangement was made. We are VERY STRICT on our pickup policy. If you give us a time and date to meet, you better be there at that time and date. We do understand that problems can occur. However, you MUST give us a few days notice that the time & date of pickup has changed. If it is an absolute emergency, as long as you let us know a few hours in advance of pick up that is okay. If we do not here from you, and you do not let us know you are not able to pick up... and we meet you at the time and designated location, if you do not show up, your deposit is immediately forfeited. We will wait as long as we can to meet you. But if you do not show up, the rabbits deposit is forfeited and we have the right to keep the rabbit or resell it. There are no expections ot this policy. If something came up, we always give you our phone number you can always find a way to call us. Either at your home, or on your cell phone. If you do not have a cell phone, there are many ways that you can still get a hold of us, borrowing someones cell phone, calling at a business location. I know that any mcdonalds will let customers use their phones for an emergency. The point I am making is, we do not accept excuses that you could not get a hold of us. There are no exceptions. IF we are there to meet you, you do not show up, you forfeit that deposit on the rabbit and can no longer purchase that rabbit. I know that many rabbitries STRICTLY inforce this. And it is mandatory for us to be fair and be sure to hold this policy with everyone. We are very flexible as we said, if something comes up and you call us in advance or contact us in advance and let us know. We can make arrangements within a week after, we understand things can happen, but you MUST contact us PRIOR to the meeting time & day. This is strictly enforced, so if you pay and do not plan to follow through, that is not our fault. We do not deliver rabbits, we will not meet half way. Sorry for any inconvenience. The only exception is unless we are going to a show or we have arranged otherwise. We will gladly bring the rabbits to a show we are attending for pick up. Like we have said above... if you would like to pick up at a show and the show is more than 2 weeks away, we do require full payment of your rabbit(s) as we described above.

In addition, if we were holding your rabbit for more than 2 weeks and we required full payment on your rabbit. If you ahve paid full payment on that rabbit and did not show the day and time that we arranged. Your payment is forfeited. We know of many rabbitries that also have this policy. Again, if you contact us IN ADVANCE before the time and day of pickup, we will make an exceptions and reschedule. HOwever if we do not hear from you, and we go to meet you, you do not show up... your payment is forfeited, that rabbit belongs to us, we can keep it or sell it. You MUST follow through. We will NOT make an exception. We will NOT reschedule pick up. So when you buy a rabbit , be sure you are serious about picking it up. No excuses, no exceptions... we give the option of rescheduling. If you do need to reschedule, like we mentioned, you may do that within a week. There may be a small holding fee if we have been holding the rabbit for some time, but we are able to work with you as long as you contact us IN ADVANCE! There's nothing worse than a customer that does not show up to a meeting place and does not contact you and let you know what is going on. Thanks in advance for understanding, when you send us a deposit/payment you are agreeing to these terms.

Waiting List:

A waiting list is always available. You can let us know exactly what you are looking for as far as color, sex or kits from certain litters. Just email us at kris10ized@yahoo.com and let us know. We will notify you by email as soon as we get what you are looking for. It is highly recommended that you be placed on our waiting list. Please email us with information regarding what you're looking for: litter, color, sex, and whether you want, show, breeding or pet quality. Requests will be placed on the list in the order they are received. We will notify you when we feel we have something that meets your needs.

Ever After Guarantee:

We guarantee the health of the rabbit within 7 days(if we are at fault), we will replace your rabbit immediately, depending on availability. Should it become ill or die within the one week period, the rabbit will be replaced with another of equal value, same sex, & color if available. No refunds will be made, only replacements. You will need to contact us immediately (within 24 hours of rabbits illness or death) and proof will be required via your vet, requiring a veterinary statement stating cause of death.

Exclusions on the above Health Guarantees:

Any illness or death that is not reported within that 24 hours (to us and the vet) will void this guarentee. We will not guarantee a rabbit outside the 7 day period. We do not guarantee against death caused by other causes, including but not limited to, abuse, neglect, extreme temperatures, malnourishment, improper diet (do not feed rabbits under 6 months veggies!) improper housing which causes sickness or death, stress during travel, injury from other animals, exposure to other illnesses and sicknesses via other animals during travel, shows, or at your residence. We also reserve the right to cancel any sale if at any time if we don't feel the sale is beneficial for the rabbit or the new owners.

VERY IMPORTANT ISSUE TO CONSIDER: RABBIT COMMITMENT!

When purchasing a rabbit please realize that this is a lifelong commitment. Emotional, financially, etc. You need to be able to devote atleast 1-3 hours a day to your rabbit. Not to mention the cost of the rabbit. A rabbit is a 5-10 year commitment, if at anytime during the rabbits lifetime you are unable/unwilling to care for it please contact us and we will take the rabbit back. No questions asked! No refunds will be issued due to your sudden change of heart. Please make sure that a rabbit is right for your lifestyle & home before you make the purchase! (before returning your rabbit, if you decide, we do ask that you have a quick (and very cheap) health exam by your vet. Or if you have a recent one, to please bring that with you. This is just for the safety of OUR rabbits. Thanks in advance! ) This sales policy is a legal written contract between Ever After Rabbitry and the buyer. It was written and put on this website 1/1/07 before any rabbit sales were made. Every buyer needs to read this carefully and understand it. Thanks in advance for your cooperation!
