King Leopold II

When King Leopold II of Belgium was given the Congo to colonize, he sent his men to rape and pillage the land.  Near 4.5 million Congolese were killed by Leopold's men who where collecting rubber from rubber trees.  They not only squashed rebellions but they slaughtered entire villages.
