The Rwandan Genocide

The Rwandan genocide was a pointless slaughter of lives.  The government began slaughtering the Hutus and Tutsis for a period of 100 days.  An estimated 800,000 people were slaughtered.  Though many of these war criminals have been captured others remain free of prosecution.
