Saddam Hussein

In the late 80's the dictator of Iraq, Saddam Hussein launched a joint attack against Iran and the northern part of his own country where the Kurds live.  These weren't just any bombs they were chemical and biological weapons. They used Mustard gas, Nerve agents, Anthrax spores, and Botulinum toxins against the Kurds.
