Front Winch Bumper

I made this front bumper for a number of reasons. First I wanted a more aggressive off-road bumper that would stand up to rock hits. I wanted integrated d-ring shackle tow points and a place to mount my new winch. I also wanted a place that I could easily use a hi-lift jack on the front of the Explorer. This bumper also gave me the same or better approach angle.

This bumper is made from 2"x6"x3/16" rectangular tube, 1/8" diamond plate, 3/8" frame plates, 1/4" plate steel, 1" x 1" angle iron and 1"x2"x1/8" support braces.
