He is a Certified Consultant Pharmacist and is currently President, New Jersey Pharmacists Association and Chair, New Jersey Academy of Consultant Pharmacists. He is past president of New Jersey Academy of Consultant Pharmacists and New

Jersey Society of Health-System Pharmacists-Southern Chapter. Dr. Breve maintains an affiliation with Kennedy Health System, the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Baxter Healthcare Renal Division and serves on Joint Comission Long Term Care Professional and Technical Advisory Board. He is active in numerous professional organizations, including American Society of Consultant Pharmacists, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, American Pharmacist's Association, Academy of Managed Care Pharmacists, College of Psychiatric and Neurologic Pharmacists, American Geriatrics Society, New Jersey Pharmacist's Association, New Jersey Society of Health-System Pharmacists, New Jersey Academy of Consultant Pharmacists, Pennsylvania Society of Health System Pharmacists, and the New York Academy of Sciences.
