Registration papers will be transferred to the buyer immediately upon receipt from A. K. C. as they are still being processed. It is understood by both the buyer and seller that this dog is to be a companion, or obedience dog and is structurally and temperamentally suited for either.
Please note that any puppy going to a new home may be a bit unsure of himself until he becomes familiar with his new surroundings. This dog is guaranteed for 48 hours against any health or temperament irregularities, and it is highly recommended that the buyers have the puppy examined by a reputable veterinarian during this period.
A full refund will be given if the puppy is found unsatisfactory during this period. No other guarantee is given for what may be found unsatisfactory during this period. No other guarantee is given except in the case of a hereditary defect which develops to the extent it renders the dog unsuitable as a pet. In this case a replacement will be given as one becomes available.
The buyer agrees not use this animal for breeding without the written consent of the breeder at a later date. The buyer further agrees that pictures of the purchaser, puppy and other parties which have been furnished by the purchaser or taken by the seller may be used on our web site for the purpose of showing pride in ownership and accomplishments.
