Real estate advertisements appear in Historic Augusta News and are posted on the Historic Properties for Sale section of Historic Augusta's web site.
Circulation
Historic Augusta News is a quarterly publication which is mailed to Historic Augusta members numbering over 800 households who have specific interests in preservation and historic properties. Historic Augusta News is also posted online and is linked to the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation as well as the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
Price
The price of a 1/9 page black and white real estate ad in Historic Augusta News is $100 per issue. Payment must be received within 5 days of the ad deadline. Please make checks payable to Historic Augusta, Inc. and mail to P.O. Box 37, Augusta, GA 30903. Please contact Historic Augusta at 706-724-0436 in order to pay by credit card.
Criteria for Inclusion
Properties advertised in Historic Augusta News must be at least 50 years old and must have retained their historic character. The ad may include one digital image and up to 50 words. Digital images should be 300 d.p.i. and submitted in jpeg format. Please submit a web address if you would like for us to provide a hyperlink from the on-line version of the ad to your website.
Deadlines
Historic Augusta must receive the digital image and text no later than the 15th of March, June, September, or December in order to be included in the issue the following month. Deadlines are subject to change, so please contact Historic Augusta prior to submitting information.
