Ugh... Back to hell. Why the hell does Summer go so fast? I mean, seriously, it's retarded how fast time flies. Well, at least I have a three day weekend.
Rob came over a week ago and we had a large heap of fun. He gave us the good stuff - Nanostray, Jump Superstars and Advanced Wars (a copy for me). Nanostray is rediculously fun, but the adventure mode is too short. EGM was retarded to give it 5.0's, I think. But the graphics are amazing, and in Mohkzu depths (or wahtever), it looked almost like PSP quality. And the sounds are very good too, as well as the smells. I mean, not the smells. The multiplayer is okay, but it could definetly use more - why not give us the entire Adventure mode with multi-cart play or something? The challenge and Arcade mode are really hard for me, but I will beat them. I beat Adventure already, and it was fun. Some things they need are a weakness system that forces you to use certain weapons. That, or better design levels so the use of weapons changes more.
Advanced Wars is fun, but I get really impatient waiting for my turn. Onetime, al lthree of us were playing and I used Sami and Sensei, so I kept getting Sensei's powers, so when I was about to get blasted, i just used it and built infantry/mechs on all my cities! Sometimes I would use TAG power, so After i built mechs on the city, Sami would dominate and capture stuffand kill stuff. Bwhahaha.
Jump Superstars is very fun, and the multiplayer is great, but I really have to practice. It is import only, but I think iam getting my owncopy soon. Man, it is really fun, you can use characters like Goku or Naruto or Luffy. Super fun.
Anyway, I have new comics coming soon, as well as ONE NEW ONE today! It is an old one, but my scanner works again, so yeah.
COMIC NEWS:
When we bought Kirby (it was at
Rob's house), we spooged. Robby was playing it at first, although I also wanted
to play it, thus came the plot of this particular strip. Kirby is amazingly
fun, but because it has been out for a while, I don't have to talk about it.
So yeah, Kirby should be enjoyed and I like the replay value alot. <(-'.'-)>
Back to normal news... Actually, there isn't much else to say. I'm currently coloring my action comic, which I might call Cold Iron. The reasong being? Flipped, it is Iron Cold, which is a parody of the name Metal Fever. This comic takes lots of things from Metal Fever and vice versa. So yeah. It is a beautiful comic, and the first time I tried this technique with an action comic - I use a pen-outlining technique and color it with photoshop, like the > Life comics. Because this is so much easier, i can actually get lots of pages done, and they look better. I also add some nice affects like lens flares and (when I figure out how) lightsaber-esque glows.
