Developed and maintained in-house Sales Force Automation suite of Notes and back-end SQL applications that supplied over 400 traveling textbook marketing/sales people with timely order status and territorial management data, publication catalog sampling, distributed sales material and presentations via replication, and maintained secure Travel & Expense databases.

* Wrote documentation and training materials for the above and many other applications, conducted user training for same.
* Co-created Material Master workflow database to track over 80K (at this time) large and small detail changes, handling over 500 fields, modularly architected in data design to accommodate unique functioning for divisional requirements and manage significantly changing procedural requirements as use of the application broadened.
* Conducted regular usage review, permission revision, and archiving using self-developed in-house tools.
* Complete revamp of Change Request Management IT DB workflowing coordination and signoff, with design emphasis on keeping header clean and compact, rarely used detail fields no more than one click deep, central navigation via Calendar view so that scheduled changes and completion status were visible at a glance.
