MJ Vol. 19. No. 4 (Oct.-Dec.2003). A short 1 1/2 page article by EPS Vice President Roberto Sciaky (deceased) on WWII POW mail to Ethiopia. In the case of this rare cover, it was "mailed" by a POW in India in Dec. 1942 to an Italian civilian in Harar, Ethiopia. By the time the cover arrived in Addis Ababa about 2 months later, the addressee had beeen detained by the newly arrived British forces and had been moved to a Kenyan camp.
