Trafford B-Y Park - Location, Information, and Images

Trafford's B-Y Park has developed into one of the showcase parks in the area. The B-Y Park is located on Route 130 with a main entrance located across the street from the Christian Life Church. The beautiful, large B-Y pond is the centerpiece of the park. Patrons enjoy fishing, ice skating, shaded pavilions, picnics, barbecue pits, and all types of outdoor fun. Trafford Borough is a volunteer recycling community. Recycling containers for paper and cans are located at the back entrance of the park (Forbes Road).

Residents can be proud of the incredible restoration of this park. Numerous Trafford residents and organizations have volunteered a great deal of time and effort to make the new B-Y Park a reality. State Representative Joe Markosek is recognized and thanked for his tremendous support of the B-Y Park restoration project.

There are three pavilions located at the park. Each one contains picnic tables and each pavilion has electric and water available. Trafford Borough rents out the pavilions during the spring and summer months. For more information on rentals, call the Borough Office at 412-372-7652.
