Font converter bdf2psf: converts Adobe BDF to Linux console PSF font

My program "bdf2psf" is a font converter that lets you convert any Adobe BDF font such as those that are bundled with X Windows to the PSF format used with the "setfont" program that is used to set the Linux console font. This is a big improvement since many of the PSF fonts bundled with setfont (in the 'kbd' package) are not very pretty or readable.

For instance, bdf2psf can convert the file courR14.bdf, downloadable via the Internet from various ftp archives, and produce a console font that is highly readable.
