THE LAST TEST WAS THURSDAY NOVEMBER 19 ON FACTORING (five homeworks).
A makeup version will be available Tuesday November 24.

The final exam for this class will be on Wednesday December 16 at 12 noon in room C212.
It will consist of short re-takes of each of the tests we took during the semester.
If you do better on one of those parts than you did in the original test,
your original test grade will be raised accordingly.

If you took the quiz on wednesday october 14
covering the three homeworks on exponents and scientific notation,
I must see your quiz to record your grade if you want me to count it.

A makeup/retake version for this particular quiz will be kept available till the end of the semester.

A group tutorial session is meeting on Thursdays from 10 to 11
to be held upstairs in the library, led by instructor C. Abadia.
To participate, you must enroll in the free class
 LRNRE 501 (43990).

IN GENERAL, MAKEUP QUIZZES WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE
FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS AFTER THE SCHEDULED TEST.

Until further notice, here is where and when you may take a makeup test:

Makeup tests for Mr. Fellman’s classes
Fall semester 2009-10

1. Any day between 10 and 11 AM:
with math instructors K. Pernell (Tuesday & Thursday) and C. Abadia (M-W-F),
in or near Room L110 on the first floor of the library (left rear corner).
2. Monday or Friday between 12 and 1:
With math instructor K. Pernell (Tuesday & Thursday) in or near Room L110
3. Mondays between 1 and 2:30 with Mr. Fellman in or near his office, C113A
(unless he posts a note specifying a different location or other information).
4. Monday and Wednesday between 2 and 3 in L110A with math instructor C. Abadia.

 

You can get extra homework credit by doing work in L207.
Ask the lab manager for Extra Credit homework for Math 201.
Leave finished work with him or her.  You must NOT take the homework papers from the lab.

You can get extra attendance credit by spending time in the math lab,
logging in on the computer time clock to keep track of how many hours you put in.
 I’ll give one half-hour of attendance credit for every hour of logged-in lab time.

MY MISSED-EXAMS POLICY: If you don't show up for a scheduled exam, I won't  consider letting you make it up unless I hear from you before the scheduled quiz time (by phone, mail-room note, or e-mail).
