Children’s Worship News

In the past month a few changes were made in Children’s Worship. The age group was changed to 1st—4th graders. We have also moved to the Children’s Building in the previous 5th grade room. This will become our Children’s Worship home.
Plans are being made for renovations to make the room a sanctuary. We will have a meeting with the appropriate ministries to finalize the planning, cost and renovations.
Also, be in prayer for all our workers and the materials/lessons we present to these children. We pray that we will always be in God’s will. God has been so good to us and I thank God and all of the children workers for all they do for God’s glory and these kids.

Forest Heights Baptist Church Children's Sunday School
Sunday School & More
Sunday School is the main arm of ministry to children
at Forest Heights Baptist Church. Through this ministry,
we teach the children about God and His unconditional
love for us that He shows us throughout the Bible.
The Bible is the main textbook taught every Sunday morning.
The classes are divided into 1st & 2nd graders,
3rd & 4th graders, and 5th & 6th graders. Each
class is taught by 2 or 3 well-trained teachers who
love children. Sunday School meets every Sunday morning
at 9:30 a.m.
Throughout the year, we have several activities for
children to promote His Kids to the neighborhood. We
have Vacation Bible School in the summer, and a Hobo
Night in the fall. All of these activities are planned
to promote the love of God in an exciting way and to
invite our friends and neighbors to come and join us.
