· Feast Space is limited to 125 so reserve early!

· Merchants are welcome – please contact our merchant-crat with details.  You must provide own tables and shelter.

· Bed space is first come, first serve and there is a lot of space for tenting.

· The camp is discreetly wet – no original containers. Please remove your empties from the site.

Revel in the majesty of Meridian history. Celebrate the investiture of our new King and Queen.  Glory in a day of artistry and fellowship the likes of which are only known in this, the greatest kingdom in the Known World.

 

The Order of the Laurel and the Guilds of Meridies will host a magnificent and historical display of Meridian artistry. A fundraiser lunch will be provided by House Violet Hill to benefit the Royal Purse. A Tea and Tournament will be held for the honor of the Order of the Roses.  THL Fionnabhair is preparing a multi-cultural feast to tempt the senses. The White Rose Ball and a Celebration of 30 years of Meridian fellowship will follow.  We promise Cake!

10:45 – 11:30        Coronation Court of Seth and Gwendolen

11:30 – 12:30        Lunch (Fundraiser provided by House Violet Hill)

12:30 – 1:30          Knights Meeting

12:30 – 2:30         Open field for heavy and light fighting (armor inspection and pickups)

1:30 – 2:30           Pelicans Meeting

2:30 – 5:00           Ladies of the Rose Tea & Tournament

3:00 – 4:00          Laurels Meeting

5:30 – 7:00           Feast

7:30 – wee hours  Presentation Court, White Rose Ball and 30^th Year Celebration

Site opens at 5:00 pm on Friday and closes at 11:00 am on Sunday.
