Sanctuary House is available to complete Home Studies and Pre-Finalization supervision for families adopting a child privately. When a Pennsylvania resident adopts a child without the use of an adoption agency, but rather through an attorney, they still need to have a home study completed. Sanctuary is available to offer this service.
