Hello Kiwanian  !*FIRST_NAME*!
It’s time again to select our officers for next year. The nominating committee is looking for someone to serve the club as vice president. Anyone like to step up? Our club has a busy summer planned for the community, check out the list below. PLEASE NOTE:The first two meetings of May, we will not meet at Pizza Hut, but we will meet! See the “Upcoming” events in the sidebar or below.

Upcoming Projects & Functions
The regular meeting of May 3, we’ll tour the Kiwanis International Headquarters at 6:30 pm.

May 10 we’ll meet at the High School with the Key Club for their annual awards. They help with our projects during the year, lets show our support for them by attending.

May 22 is the annual Bike Rodeo at Holland Park. Our club co-sponsors this with the Fishers Parks Dept. Noon until 3 pm. We’ll need several volunteers to assist the young bikers.

Fishers Summer Concert Series begins June 8 on the Town Hall Lawn. Our club will park cars and recruit new members at the concert. Volunteers are needed! Be there at 6:30 pm.

June 14 has been selected as “bring a guest night." Judy and Ralph are hard at work on soliciting new members to our club. They each have 1 member so far, but  need EVERYONE’S help. (Note the date change.)
Its GOLF Time again. We are planning the special treat of having our Golf outing at the Private Balmoral Golf Club located near the Metro Airport. We’ll follow the same fun twosome format as last year and need lots of players and hole sponsors. We’ve got a lot of funds to raise!

Completed Functions....Easter Egg Hunt For the twenty-third year our Kiwanis Club sponsored the Fishers Easter Egg hunt. The weather was great and so was the crowd! Lots of little ones gathering the eggs and parents taking pictures. We received LOTS of positive feedback from the parents. Another great Kiwanis event. Thanks to all who helped. Watch for pictures in a future issue.
