• Outside dimensions: 24 feet by 32 feet.
• 10 foot ceiling.
• 2 by 6 studs used for walls.
• 4/12 pitch roof trusses with 2 by 6 inch bottom chord.
• The outside was fully wrapped with a house wrap.
• Walls and ceiling are fully insulated with R-19.
• Heated by a 45,000 BTU Hot Dawg heater.
• Air conditioned by a 12,000 BTU wall mounted unit.
• 4 1/2 feet by 6 feet bathroom with toilet and lavatory.
• 2 1/2 gallon under sink water heater.
• 2 - 9 feet wide by 8 feet high insulated overhead doors.

The electrical service is provided by a 100 amp sub panel. There are 4 - 20 amp 240 volt circuits, each having 3 receptacles. 6 - 20 amp 110 volt GFCI circuits, each having 3 receptacles, plus 2 - 15 amp 110 volt circuits for lights. There is a 25 amp 240 volt circuit for the heater and a 60 amp 240 volt circuit for my planer and welder.

Except for the concrete work, which I contracted, I built my shop, including the plumbing and electrical with only the help of my wife.

During the winter months I keep the heat set at 45 - 50 degrees when I'm not out there. The A/C runs only when I'm using the shop. Even considering Delaware's humidity, I have not had a problem with corrosion on any of my equipment.
