Using Microsoft Frontpage. With the Web Publishing Wizard, it's very easy to publish a site built with Frontpage up to GeoCities.

Chris, how do you pronounce your last name?

Flaat is pronounced "flot". My Norwegian ancestors would have pronounced it differently, sort of between "flot" and "float".
