This is Shayera Hol from the Justice League Unlimited animated series, as she appeared in the later seasons after she stopped using the name Hawkgirl. She has legs from a Polaris, a torso (with wings and arms) from a Hawkgirl, and a head from Mary Marvel. I originally attempted a more complicated plan involving the Origin Hawkman's wings and different arms, but once the parts were ready it became obvious that that plan would have serious problems in assembly with likely little visual improvement. Since she isn't well represented by any version of Hawkgirl we've received so far in Clix, Shayera is on the dial of the experienced Hawkman from Origin.
