This is the Justice Society's import from the 31st century, Legionnaire Thom Kallor, working under the name Starman. I decided to represent him during the time when Gog temporarily cured his schizophrenia and he chose not to wear his mask. Starman's body is from the Unleashed Green Lantern, with a head from Rip Hunter and the right hand of Dove from the Crisis duo. Greenstuff is used to add a beard and the mask he's holding in his left hand. He is on the base of an experienced Kid Quantum, giving him the highly appropriate Legion team ability while also letting him replace his ailing defense values when played alongside the JSA.
