Solar plexus! Here's Stephen Colbert's Tek Jansen, from the comic published by Oni Press. He is mostly made from the Crisis Green Lantern, with the left hand and weapon of a veteran Mirror Master and the right hand of a Mr. Mxyzptlk. The glasses and other details are sculpted with greenstuff, and it should be noted that his left eyebrow is raised as it often is. Yes, this is an example of sloppy painting justified cleverly by the character's behavior. The dial was hard to choose, but in the end I landed on the Mutations and Monsters Gambit as the absurdly (I mean amazingly) powerful hero with no necessarily superhuman abilities on the dial. If I can impersonate designer Seth Johnson for a moment:

Tek Jansen starts off with the super-spy, guns-blazing combination of Running Shot, Stealth, and Leap/Climb with his ALPHA SQUAD SEVEN special power and SOMETIMES YOU NEED TO BE A LOOSE PHOTON-CANNON (Energy Explosion). Moving to his second click, he sets his gun to VAPORIZE (Psychic Blast). Later he gets SOLAR PLEXUS! (Flurry) and Combat Reflexes along with his second special power, HUNDREDS OF GIRLFRIENDS, which lets him perplex those nearby him. Moving past that, Alpha Squad Seven returns along with PARUM-PUM (Quake) to help him deal with multiple opponents at close range and RIGHT BETWEEN THE EYES! (Ranged Combat Expert) before Energy Explosion and Hundreds of Girlfriends return for the last click.
