Q. What kind of payment do you accept?
A. We accept personal checks, money orders, certified
checks and credit cards.
Q. Do you require a security deposit?
A. Yes, we require $125.00 deposit that is fully
refundable after the unit is inspected and inventory taken.

do we do with parking passes and electronic key cards?
A. PLEASE
LEAVE PARKING PASSES AND KEY CARDS IN THE ROOM FOR THE NEXT GUEST. IF CARDS ARE
NOT LEFT OR LOST A $50.00 WE BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
Q. Do we need to bring linens?A. Yes, you have two full size beds in the bedroom and a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Q. What time can we check in and check out?
A. Check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am.

Q. How much is my initial payment?
A. 50% deposit is required to hold all reservations. We will email a rental agreement for you to print, sign and return with your personal check within 10 days. Reservations that are not confirmed by a payment and signed lease within 10 days will be canceled.

Q. When is my final payment due?
A. The unpaid balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. A fee of 20% will be deducted for cancellations outside of 30 days of check-in. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

A. Sorry, the building does not allow pets.
Q. What furnishings does our rental provide?
A. Your rental is equipped with dishes, stove/oven, microwave, cable TV DVD, toaster, blender, ac/heat, coffee pot, phone < local calls only> , cookware, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, balcony chairs and table
.Q. Is this a smoking unit?
A. NO, your rental unit is smoke free, you can however smoke on the balcony , please make sure you do not throw discarded butts over the balcony, one of the outdoor pools is directly below the balcony.
Q. What do we need to bring?
A. Bed linens, towels, paper products are not provided.
Q. Do you have an age requirement on rentals?
A. Yes, the minimum age to rent this unit is 21.

A. We will provide all key information when your
reservation is confirmed.

Yes, if more than one set of keys is needed please let us know before arriving
for your vacation.

A. Our phone is only set up to make/accept local calls.

No, but you can access free WI-FI
in the lobby and around the pool.

Yes, several great locations for kids including The Ripken Experience, Nascar
park, Water theme parks, Family Kingdom, miniature golf and much, much,
more.
Q. Is there shopping in the area?

Yes, some of the best shopping around, you are just around the corner from
Broadway at the Beach and several malls.
Q. How do we dispose of trash during our stay and
before leaving?
A. You can leave the trash right outside of the door
