INTRODUCTION

 

  The following is a chronological listing of the FOTTRELL surname with some minor variations. If the surname is represented by "F." , it is FOTTRELL; other variations are spelled completely as they appear in the records.

  I have many of the Volume and Page number designations that would permit a request for a copy of the record from the General Register Office in Dublin. If you are interested in getting a copy, let me know and I will provide the Volume and Page number and explain the process.

 G.R.O. has non-Catholic marriage records starting on January 1, 1845 and all birth, marriage and death records starting January 1, 1864. In some instances, the index does not list the given name. It is possible that the record at G.R.O. would have the given name. Records prior to the dates listed above would have to be obtained at the parish in which the event took place.

The information in this listing came from the records of the Family History Library of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, copies of certificates obtained from the General Register Office in Dublin , other sources found on the Internet , public records in the U.   order of Judge Boyd, continues, we are gratified to learn, in undaunted spirits and with health

  unimpaired. Arrangements have been made that his imprisonment shall be robbed at all events

  of some of its monontony, and a visiting committee had been formed, one member of which

  calls upon Mr. Maroney daily, The committee consists of Mrs. J. E. Kenny, Mrs. V. B. Dillon,

  Mrs. FOTTRELL, Mrs. O'Neill, Miss Byrne, Mrs. Dunne, Dr. FOTTRELL, Mr. James Murray,

  Dr. Cox and Mr. T. Harrington, M.P.. The arrangement is a good one, and shows plainly how

  deep is the sympathy evoked for Judge Boyd's victim.
