At the Fourth River Theatre Ensemble, we are dedicated to the creation of exciting theatrical events in Pittsburgh. More than just producing those shows, however, we want to create productions on the highest level possible. Furthermore, we want to make that theatre accessible to a wide audience, with low ticket costs and productions in major theatrical venues.

Achieving this goal is a difficult challenge in many ways, but the one that is most out of our hands is cost. Producing theatre is expensive business.
