Plan Your Website!

What we will need to design a basic site:

The content of your website will be prepared by you, as no one knows your products or services better than you do.

Do you already have your own logo? If you have brochures, business cards, photographs, newspaper or magazine articles, etc. you can use those in order to help create your website. The color scheme for your website will coordinate with your logo. You don't have any of that? That's okay. Just let us know what colors you would like to use and we can build your website with those colors.

Have someone take some digital photos and we can use them. If you are in the local Huntsville or Madison, Alabama area we can even take those photos for you.

You will need to decide what you will want to say on each of your pages.

Create a list of at least 20 of the most important keywords for the products/services you offer.

To begin: Divide your content into 4 categories (pages). Start with an overview of your product and/or services, with the goal being to entice visitors to visit other pages on your site. This overview (first page) would be your "Home Page". The other three pages, or categories will be connected to your home page, by links.

Some categories/pages you might consider are:

About Us - Describe your companies history, plans and growth. You might consider pictures and biographies for Key Employees.

Products/Services - Let your customers know what types of products/services you offer. Here is where you will include photos and graphics with short descriptions, and prices.

Order Form - Explain how to order your product or obtain your services. This could include an actual mail order form, payment information etc. The price for an Email/Order Form is on our add-ons page.

Clients/Customers - You can include testimonials from satisfied customers.
