April 16, 2003: Y'know, I can't help but wonder why it is that there is so much information out there on the web and yet I feel as if I am scraping the barrel to come up with more topics to seek out. Perhaps it is that I don't have enough interests. Regardless, I had deemed fit to drop my broadband cable internet experience and replace it with dial-up drudgery. Part of it was to save $47 each month, but by switching to a limited 10 hours per month for free service I have freed up much of my time that I mindlessly spent browsing needless garbage. Now I will attempt to use that time more wisely. Of course, I still have the expanded cable on my television so I can watch Cartoon Network, Comedy Central, and a slew of other channels not available to basic. Do I need to watch tv? Mmmnm... Yes. Yes, I do. Why, I do not know, but I do. Such is the power of entertainment, I guess.
