• Reduced maximum attribute from 10 to 9 to keep it in line with the maximum dice players may roll.

• Changed base attributes for Brilliant Professor to follow 9 limit.
• Added concept of Successes and Failures to allow abbreviated result descriptions. I'll use this more in the Ability chapter.
• Finished background table. Some entries are pretty inane, but at least there's all 216.

• Perfect results become very common after 9 dice. Changed rules to place 9 die maximum on any roll and to reduce number of dice rolled at upper levels.
• Changed rules for Substituting Dice.
• Changed rules for Minimum Dice (simplified).
• Removed Automatic Results.
• Changed the difficulty table to make Routine the standard (+4) difficulty.
• Reduced bonus points during character creation to 3.
