Welcome to the New Club Year!

Its that time of year again. A new club year is starting. Our esteemed President Alan Douglass stepped up to the challenge of another year at the helm. Thanks Alan! Above is the new board being sworn in at our Installation Dinner held in January.

Of course, that also means membership fees are due, please see Jackie Collins at a club meeting, or mail a check to the club address below. There are also some changes in the newsletter this month, the first of several to simplify the layout to make it easier to publish in multiple media.

Thanks also to everyone who helped make the NorCal V Show we hosted in December a success. At that show the Northern California Numismatic Association (NCNA) installed its 2005 officers, including our own Vince Lacariere as second Vice President. Thanks to Carl Snyder for providing that story which I'd missed!

This year's shows got off to a good start with the San Jose Club Show in January, and don't forget the Santa Rosa and Cupertino shows this month. Hope to see you at a club meeting or show soon,. All the best,
