The 2008 FSU Team Trip to Costa Rica!
The FSU Women's Soccer Team conducted a foreign tour to play and enjoy a cultural experience
in the Central American nation of Costa Rica from January 16-24, 2008

Costa Rica Trip Information
 
FSU with Sportek Heredia -1/23/08
FSU allowed 2 early goals and their comback fell short in their final game in Costa Rica on Wednesday night as Sportek Heredia prevailed 3-2.  FSU goals were scored by Kiersten Stevenson and Christine Fitzgerald. The team went 1-2-1 in their 9 day tour of the Central American nation.

FSU vs San Carlos, 1/20/08
FSU defeated the San Carlos team at the Tilijari Resort Field in Costa Rica on Sunday night 1-0. 
The game ended in dramatic fashion when Jackie Donovan scored on a 25 yard shot in extra time.
FSU vs U20s in Costa Rica
Frostburg with the U-20 "Ticos" after their match on Friday. 
The game was won by the host U-20 Costa Rican National Team 4-1. The FSU goal was scored by Kiersten Stevenson.
