Color sealing is a very unique and major part of what we do.

With our color sealing package you get a full floor strip, where we remove all waxes and films from your floor, (e.g.. cooking oils, residual films from mainstream floor cleaners).

Next, you get a full dirt extraction using our very own professional chemicals. All our work is done by hand allowing us to focus on each individual tile and grout joint. We do not use steam to clean our floors. A good portion of our repair work comes from customers who have hired steam cleaning companies to clean their tile. Steam can cause grout to chip or flake out of the joint, and can even cause solid tiles to pop up and become loose.

As a final step, we use a color-pigmented epoxy sealer which has been known to last up to fifteen years. We choose to use a specific type of epoxy sealer as it far outlives any liquid silicone or latex clear sealers offered by other companies.
