This dinner will take place on Tuesday, May 22nd, at 7PM. Preliminary snacks and complimentary beer will be available starting at 6:30PM.

The guest brewer will be Kane Brewing Company, of Ocean, NJ, a new craft brewery located on the Jersey Shore. Their focus is on American Style and Belgian Influenced ales. All their handcrafted beers are unfiltered and brewed locally in their custom-built two vessel brewhouse located in Monmouth County.

The menu theme for the evening will be New Jersey seafood.

The price will be $75 per person, including tax and gratuity. We will need a credit card number to hold your spot. Call the Trap Rock at (908) 665-1755, or come in to the bar, so that we can add you to the list.

• For the first 1/2 hour, from 6:30-7PM, there will be finger food and a complimentary glass of beer at the bar for those participating in the dinner.

• During the dinner, don't finish off the beer too quickly after it has been served. The beer is meant to be paired with the food. The beer is poured first, but if there is a delay in bringing out the food, there is a danger the beer will be gone before the pairing can be fully tasted.

• Ask about how refills will be handled. Trap Rock beer refills can be easily provided, but beer from the guest brewer is sometimes limited in supply. If refills are not possible, be sure to taste the guest brewer's beer slowly to make it last through the course.

• Ask if extra beer can be left on the table. Sometimes refill beer can be provided as an extra bottle or pitcher to be shared by those at the table.
