Registration & Continental Breakfast begins at 8:30-9:00 a.m. The program will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m.

WALK IN REGISTRATION:

You may register at the door if space is available.

TAPE RECORDING:

We ask your cooperation in not recording this workshop.

CANCELLATIONS:

Substitute registrants are welcome and may be named at any time. If you cancel six or more business days in advance, you will receive a full refund, less a $20. service charge. If you cancel within five business days, you are not entitled to a cash refund. However, as a courtesy, we will allow you to apply your payment toward any future seminar within one year from the date you cancel. Your payment is transferable. Please note that if you do not attend and you do not cancel as described above, you are responsible for payment.

ON-SITE SEMINARS:

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION:

At the end of the seminar, you will receive a certificate of participation which may be used to verify hours of attendance for meeting in-service requirements.

UNIVERSITY SEMESTER CREDIT OPTION:
