CueBid Limit Raises occur in a competitive auction when you support for your partner's suit. A cuebid of an opponent's suit shows a limit raise or better in the your partner's suit. The bid is entirely artificial.. For example: if you partner opened the bidding 1H and your RHO overcalled 1S, a bid of 2S by you would show a Limit Raise or Better in support of Hearts. You partner would bid 3H with a minimum hand and 4H if he had extra values.

Conversely, a bid of 3H would show a weak hand with 4-card support.

North has a good hand as advancer and cuebids the enemy's suit to show a Limit Raise for partner's spades. East doubles the Cuebid to show Real Diamonds and South then bids 2S limiting his hand.

This is very good news for South because he has a monster. He initiates RKC Blackwood and North shows 2 Keycards - the King of Trumps and the Ace of Hearts. South then bids a Spade Slam.
