The CSC Golf League advocates and encourages READY GOLF.  That is 
go to your ball and play it as soon as you are ready and it is safe.
Look for your lost balls while others are hitting.  Limit lost ball search
to less than 5 minutes.   Place you golf cart PROPERLY on the far side of
the hole you are playing to get out of the way quickly when you are done.
Write down yours scores when you reach the next tee.

If you have no golfers in FRONT of your group and several groups are bunching 
up behind you, you are taking too much time.  Either speed up or let the 
trailing groups through.  The ideal playing time is 2 hours for 9 holes.  
Three (3) hours in intolerable.  There should be courtesy for the golfers 
in your group, but it is not necessary for all to be a gallery for 
each other's shots.

The issues have been discussed before, but now is a good time for a refresher.  
I know that RCC has not helped by roping off many of the fairways, but we 
all know that.  Be prepared.  Bring extra golf balls with you & carry suitable 
club(s) with you when you have to cross the fairway to play/look for 
your ball.
