Man I have a real craving for gnocchi right now. Gnocchi in a creamy pine nut sauce, and all I got is ramen. Damn.

It seems like everyone is leaving good old SLC lately. Susman, a good friend and colleague told me yesterday he has taken a job in Maine. His reasons are sound: he's been itching for a change (read he is tired of Utah) and wants to be closer to his roots--he is from Boston. He took the job here really on a whim, I think--but whims turn into 8 years rather quickly, don't they?

In any case, I am fully aware of the comment problem below. For some reason my bloggiter software was messing up the ID numbers of the entries. I hope to have it fixed soon. Don't worry, commentators, you're words have not been destroyed. You were worried, weren't you? I could tell

I'm a bit disappointed in myself for not working on the next 26 things. The list was intriguing, and I even roughed out some possibilities, but slackard that I apparently am, I didn't do it. I enjoyed the last one quite a bit, and have many cool photographs that I enjoy looking at.

Ah well, as they say at at despair.com, "hard work often pays off in the long run, but laziness always pays off right now."

This was the entry messing things up in my database, I guess. I'm not really sure when it was written or why. In any case, it is gone now.

Actually I wrote the entry dated yesterday one this morning. I need to check the date on my blogging aparatus more diligently.
