We held 9 1-day tournaments and a 2-day district championship during the 2006 season. While we only got one full field, attendance was up from the 2005 season. With some help from District 36 (Ken King) and District 80 (Wayne Hooper), we had 40 different angler participate in one or more of the tournaments.

Cory Nearing won the District Angler of the Year by his consistency throughout the season. Don Mayer won the 2-day District Championship with an impressive second day bag in a come from behind win. Ben Doherty was our Youth Angler of the Year.

The summer tournament at Bow Lake produced some outstanding weights and large fish, as evidenced by the following awards.
