The Randle Cliff Community Association, Inc. (RCCAI) is not a homeowners association.

It is a community group whose goal is to enhance not just the appearance of the area, but to encourage the residents to get to know their neighbors and enjoy the diversity and interests of all our residents.

We would like you to be involved with your neighborhood. Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every month from April thru October.

From Eye Sore to Store

Ed Baddour's Randle Cliff Property

For years Mr. Edward H. Baddour, owner of the commercial property located at 6331 Bayside Road (formerly Randle Cliff Market), has failed to maintain property in accordance with Randle Cliff Community Association, Inc. bylaws.

In cooperation with Calvert County government agencies, Mr. Baddour has erected a new chain link fence that encloses the adjacent parking lot to the old RC Market. This should help prevent children and vagrants from wandering onto the property, but there are still obvious safety problems with loose hanging wood and rusted fluorescent lights that pose a hazard to pedestrians in the area.


As the Holidays approach, the Randle Cliff Community Association is preparing a local food drive in the month of December.
