Documentor, a multi-user, paperless office program, is ideal for a small business. It mimics
a file cabinet, with sectioned file folders.
In an Access database and
Windows subdirectory,
it organizes image files from a scanner, camera,
or fax, it organizes specialized files created with programs like Word or
Excel, and it effortlessly and automatically organizes files from Records,
an integrated report writer. The result is a very fast
and efficient way to file, search, view, print, fax, and transfer documents.
Records, a
multi-user,
problem oriented database and word processor,
optimized for
voice recognition data entry,
and integrated with Documentor, was designed for
medical care, but its appearance and setup can be changed for other
'problem' and 'order or prescription' driven enterprises. Macros and
templates can be created to automate or standardize any activity: a keystroke sequence,
prescriptions, notes, letters, documents. All data entered is
accessible, to the program report writer, to produce
almost any printout or file. Scheduler, a multi-user,
multi-provider, appointment scheduling program, integrates with the Records program
demographics.
These 3 programs can be used with any accounting system to create a
completely paperless office. The system can be employed with the proper safeguards to
prevent document tampering, and maintain security and privacy.

I am a physician, practicing Internal Medicine, in a small town,Tequesta,
FL, on the east coast of the United
States. I have always been a student of mathematics, and computer
programming has been a passion and hobby. Obviously, computers are
extremely useful tools for medical practice, and other businesses. The
paperless office is now the most efficient method to store and retrieve
information. I wrote an integrated C++ paperless office program, C#
problem oriented record writer, and C# appointment scheduler,
for use in
Windows. They are invaluable to me,
producing and maintaining my office records electronically.
I am NOT selling the programs, because of the enormous amount of effort and time necessary to support
them. However, for those individuals or groups with the savvy and
computer literacy to setup and support them, I am giving away the system.
I do demand the following for my work. You must email me, if any of the
