You must buy in Multiples of two. Please calculate postage at the rate of
four envelopes per ounce. Since first class ends at 3 ounces now please
use Flat Rate/Large Envelope for quantities of over 12. Please pay in cash

There are three first day postmarks
for this issue. One is the standard four bar steel die postmark. The second is a
rubber die pictorial. It shows a flag with just one star and reads, "Flags of
Our Nation, first day of issue." Size = 2.81" x 1.28" The third is the so-called
digital color postmark shown below. The details of this issue appeared in the

postmark showing an old television set and reading, "Early TV Memories, first
day of issue." Size = 2.66 x 1.49 This is also available in postcard format.
The third is the so-called digital color postmark shown below. The details
of this issue appeared in the July 2nd issue of the Postal Bulletin pages 25-26,
47. Deadline October 12.

The zip code in the postmark is 96820. The third is the so-called digital color
postmark shown below. The details of this issue appeared in the July 16th
