Size is 3 3/8" x 15/16"

        There are three first day postmarks for this issue. One is the standard four bar steel die postmark. The second is a rubber die pictorial. It shows a flag with just one star and reads, "Flags of Our Nation, first day of issue." Size = 2.81" x 1.28" The third is the so-called digital color postmark shown below. The second is a pictorial postmark showing an old television set and reading, "Early TV Memories, first day of issue." It reads, "First Day Day of Issue, Hawaii Statehood." Size = 3" x 1.33" Deadline Oct 22. The zip code in the postmark is 96820. The third is the so-called digital color postmark shown below.  The details of this issue appeared in the July 16th issue of the Postal Bulletin pages 50-51. Zip code in postmark is 96820.

        This was originally issued on May 11 printed by Ashton Potter. It has been reissued on August 18 printed by National Envelope by Flexography. The only varieties are #10 envelopes Regular and Window. These envelopes, regular or first cover, are offered for sale in the USA Philatelic Catalog.

It shows a marching band musician, in uniform, playing a trumpet. It reads, "First Day of Issue." There are four stamp designs. Deadline, November 10, 2009.

It shows the signature of Gary Cooper and reads, "Gary Cooper, Legends of Hollywood, First Day of Issue." Size = 2.75" x 1.29". The third is the so-called digital color postmark shown below.

It shows a gift tag reading, "Winter Holidays, First Day of Issue." It also shows a reindeer and snowflakes but the contrast is poor. Deadline: December 9, 2009.
