Yates is the owner of the boat "Fisher of Men." He is a retired
U.S. Army Reserve Chaplain. He is the Lead pastor of New Covenant
Evangelical Presbyterian Church just east of

Cross Water Safety Instructor and taught many swimming lessons and life
