| 4-13-02 Kiteboarded at first turnout north of Canadian Hole,
Avon Cape Hatteras. First day of Angry's School of Kiteboarding. I started
with Windtools 8.5 until it busted, then on Hydro 8.9. I flew the kite,
dragged downwind, then popped on my O'brien wake and killed it. Angry said
I was his fastest learner ever...maybe it was the excellent instruction.
Then Angry kited afterwards on the 11.5 Hydro and was killing it with his
slashy style in Angry cove. |

| 6-1-02 Kited at Forest Beach Angry let me take out his 8.9
Hydro. With his JL dominatrixs bottom. The wind came up and I was wound.
Had to land Angry's kite and made the mistake of landing it in the dune
grass. Now his kite does not hold air so well. Sorry Angry! I got to
feel the real power of the kite! Trigger time, next. |

| 7-26-02 Kiteboarded across from the condos on south beach
on 11.5 and JL wake. Lesson number three in the Angry school of kiting.
Jim went first to check the wind an pull some rallys. Then I went &
set the kite down for a long no re-launch drag. Angry swims out for my first
light air re-launch lesson. (Very important! Never crash the kite!!) Had
some good runs but could not stay up wind. I just need more time on the
water. Then off to the Isobar for fish tacos and cold beers! |

| 9-2-02 Kited West Dennis on Angry's 8.9 and my killer O'Brien
board. had some good tacks in gusty conditions. Lost the board three times
and learned how to drag back to the board. Angry said I did a good job.(I
think anytime I don't trash or lose his kite he would say that) Ended up
down wind and Angry took over and killed it back up wind. Angry,Santi and
Yokes were all fired up. Busting big air and low level spinny twisties.
