My Perspectives in Brief
In more than three decades tending health and healing, I increasingly see human life as processes of getting in touch, getting stretched, discovering, deepening, learning, growing… I’ve grown to see health issues and illness as rich opportunities for growing and strengthening both bodily and inner health and vitality in numerous ways.
While these perspectives can sound foreign to Americans, a century of experience in Europe proves them invaluable in health, prevention, and caring for illness, including seemingly intractable cases and issues.
Hence, in addition to practicing medicine in ways generally known, I often recommend Anthroposophical therapies and medicines for their rich support of both the bodily and the inner growth processes involved in all aspects of health, illness, and healing, as much research affirms.

Lift the Blinders and Heal Americans’ Core Challenges

A Conversation with Alive and Well SF

Wednesday, 19 November 2008, 7 PM

While America’s self-destructive economic ways are increasingly impossible to deny, Americans remain blind to the most deadly godzillas terrorizing living rooms:

Self-destructive life habits make legions of US sickness statistics worst in world.

Decade after decade Americans continue to get sicker and life expectancy slips further below other countries, despite spending far more on medical interventions.

While medical science knows life habits are the primary cause, medical industry responses generally fail to improve the trends (with rare exceptions); most interventions do more harm than good.

The chief obvious destroyer of health Americans refuse to see is addiction to deadly, high stress hormone levels. Even bio-medicine’s foremost fail to note this elephant, despite overflowing evidence right in front of their noses.

Asleep to their stress-seeking, stress-loving ways, American parents addict their children to stress-filled living, launching lifelong poor health and pervasive sickness.

AIDS first appeared among gay men partly due to the extra stresses of being an outcast.

I’ll present the blatant evidence Americans’ stress hormone addiction kills (especially by causing heart disease, cancer, and diabetes). We’ll then discuss practical steps to wean oneself onto healthier living.

I’ll also touch on one of the most destructive falsehoods blinding Americans, the dogma germs cause disease, including HIV. Although Pasteur himself renounced the dogma he created, the sickness industry still ignores overwhelming evidence disproving it: e.g, the vast majority of time one is exposed to a germ one does not get sick.

Stress-addicted, fearful Americans ignore extensive evidence febrile illnesses promote health: fevers are cleansing, healing, renewing processes. Fevers frequently follow stressful periods because stress hormones suppress the inflammatory system’s vigilance against sick cells and toxic residues: the heightened, acute inflammation of fever is how the body overcomes backlogs due to inadequate housekeeping.

Excessively fearful of fever and healing inflammations, Americans not only ignore endless ways antibiotics and all other anti-inflammatory drugs make one sicker, most Americans are also clueless about proper care and support for fevers wrongly thought just bad.

Captivating and inescapable as Americans’ self-destructive fears and addictions seem, like all demons they become manageable when faced.

This evening includes crucial steps to kiss sickening ways good-bye, and re-create ones habits to embrace healthful living every day — health practices research overwhelmingly confirms, including the key habit the AMA acknowledged.
