President:
The President shall
preside at all meetings of the Executive Board and be responsible for
the day-to-day operations of the GFHA. He/she shall be ex officio, a
nonvoting member of all committees, and shall perform such other duties
as may be assigned by vote of the Executive Board.

Secretary:
The Secretary of the
GFHA shall be the Secretary of the Executive Board and shall keep the
records of the GFHA, supervise the taking, making, and distribution of
the minutes, attend to the publication of official reports, attest
documents, and perform such other duties as usually pertain to that
office. The minutes of each Executive Board meeting will be sent
to each member of the Executive Board within fifteen (15) days following
the conclusion of the meeting.

Treasurer:
The Treasurer shall
have charge of the funds and books of account of the GFHA and shall be
responsible for receiving and depositing the funds of the GFHA in such
bank or banks as shall be designated by or under authority of the
Executive Board. He/she shall be responsible for disbursing such
funds in the manner designated by or under the authority of the
Executive Board; shall render an annual financial report to the GFHA;
and such special reports as may, from time to time, be called for by or
under the authority of the Executive Board; and shall discharge such
other duties as may be assigned to him/her by vote of the Executive
Board. He/she also shall be responsible for selecting members to
serve on the Finance Committee (Fundraising/Sponsorship), of
which he/she shall be the Chairperson.

VP –
Men’s Hockey:
The Vice President –
Men’s Hockey shall be responsible for organizing men’s league play as
well as organizing men’s teams to represent the GFHA in club
tournaments, both domestically and internationally. He/she shall
also be responsible for coordinating transportation and hotel
accommodations for traveling teams. The Vice President – Men’s
Hockey shall work with the Vice President – Women’s Hockey in
coordinating “mixed” hockey teams and tournaments.

The Vice President –
Women’s Hockey shall be responsible for organizing women’s league play
as well as organizing women’s teams to represent the GFHA in club
tournaments, both domestically and internationally. He/she

Hockey shall work with the Vice President – Men’s Hockey in coordinating

Social Activities:
The Vice President –
Social Activities, in consultation with the Treasurer, shall be
responsible for organizing all social activities of the GFHA.
He/she also shall be responsible for selecting members to serve on the
Social Activities Committee, of which he/she shall be the
Chairperson.

Youth Development:
The Vice President –
Youth Development shall be responsible for the development of a youth
hockey program to be administered by the members of the GFHA.
He/she also shall be responsible for selecting members to serve on the
Youth Development Committee, of which he/she shall be the
Chairperson.
