Here's a puzzle for you. What was the source of this mailing from Hamadan, Iran back in the early years of the last century. My guess, based on no evidence, is it was sent from an archeological dig. What went on in Hamadan back then? Perhaps a cleric was ilnvolved. Is/was there a university there? Do some research and narrow down the possibilities.
